CANTERBURY HOUSE

In 1999, St. John's decided to build Canterbury House, a residence for Senior Citizens, consisting of 84 one-bedroom apartments. Canterbury House is more than just an apartment building; it's a community of friendship. Canterbury House residents are invited to every event and activity the church offers. Many Canterbury House residents are more than happy to lend a hand on a particular project or just sit outside and enjoy visiting with those who happen by.

An on-site superintendent is available for residents for building maintenance, along with a full-time porter for sanitation needs and maintenance needs of our residents.

Canterbury House is managed by the Wavecrest Management Team Ltd. The management office in the building is located on the B1 floor, and is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Residents can come to the management office for concerns with their residential services and office support.
